Concierge Maintenance Menu Overview

Your property may offer concierge services, to assist guests with information they may request (such as restaurant recommendations, area activities or directions to the nearest church). This information can be stored in Skyware using the Concierge screen, reached via the Other Front Desk Tasks menu. As the amount of information stored for concierge service purposes may be large, the Concierge Maintenance Menu screen provides the ability to add Concierge Categories (for example, restaurants) and Sub Categories (for example, type of foods such as French or Italian) in order to group the information and allow you to use the Concierge feature efficiently.

You may edit the configuration to suit your Property at any time if you have the appropriate access/authorization. This selection is part of the Property and System Configuration area of Skyware Systems, using the Concierge Configuration sub-system.

 

 

The Concierge Maintenance menu contains two sections, Concierge List 1 and Concierge List 2.

Concierge List 1:

 

Categories: Enter all of the categories your property would use for grouping concierge information such as restaurants, churches, museums, parks or shopping.

 

Concierge List 2:

 

Sub-Categories: Enter sub categories for the concierge categories, such as french, steak, or family for the category restaurants; or clothes, antiques or groceries for the category shopping.
